Target is giving away a free Halloween tote bag with purchase of 2 Halloween M&Ms. M&Ms are $2.50, and there's a $1/2 coupon in today's RP insert, making them $2 each. Not bad. Not great.

My newspaper guy must love me because he stuck an extra Smart Source coupon insert in my paper today! Yay!
